Debit card registrations
If you choose to use a debit card when you register with an online casino instead of a credit card, please be aware that there will probably be further security checks required.
If you use a credit card to register with an online casino, the credit card company has approved your credit and ascertained that you are over 18 years old.
If you use a debit card to register with an online casino, the debit card company doesn't necessarily pass on your age details to the online casino and they could require further proof if idenity, such as:
- A photocopy of your debit card (front & back)
- A photocopy of a recent utility bill to verify your name and address
- A photocopy of your ID, Passport or Driver's License
Once the online casino have received the copies of these documents, they will proceed to verify your account and all restrictions will be lifted.

You may receive an email like the following:
When performing a security check on your account, we've noticed that you used a UK debit card to deposit. On this occasion we haven't been able to verify your complete details (such as your age) with the issuing bank.
Therefore, your account has been issued a temporary restriction until this verification is achieved. This means that currently the account remains open for your continued pleasure, but we will be unable to process withdrawals from your account until we have verified your registration details further.
Once the following documents are verified, we will remove the restrictions and make the necessary amendments to your account, including approving cash outs
- A photocopy of your credit card used to deposit (front & back)
- A photocopy of a recent utility bill to verify your name and address with ourselves
- A photocopy of your ID, Passport or Driver's License
These documents can be sent to us by you uploading them through the cashier on our site. To do this please log on and then access the cashier through the lobby and select the Tools option. You will then be guided through a simple process to upload the requested documentation.
We have implemented powerful security policies, rules and technical measures to protect the financial security of our members. However, if you still have any doubts, you may block the middle 8 numbers on the front of credit card photocopy. For security reasons, you should block the CVV (3 digit code) on the back.
